TotalEnergies EP Denmark («TotalEnergies») and Jacktel have agreed to extend the time charter contract until June 30, 2024.
In addition, Jacktel has granted TotalEnergies an option to extend the time charter beyond June 30, 2024 provided the vessel is available.
As a result of the extension, the parties have agreed to amend certain parts of the compensation model as from January 1, 2023.
