Jacktel AS has won a contract for Total E&P Danmark AS (Total) for the use of the accommodation jack-up “Haven” offshore Denmark at the Tyra field.
The contract has a duration of 20 months and commences 3Q, 2021.
Total has the option to extend the contract beyond the fixed period. Haven is currently located at Semco Hanøytangen. Prior to being mobilized to Denmark the vessel will reinstate the old foundations.
As a result of this modification, Haven will become more generic and be able to cater for the most dominant soil conditions at fields in the North Sea.
