What we do

Our mission is to provide safe, effective and comfortable offshore accommodation, and our goal is to become one of the world’s most environmentally friendly owners and operators of offshore accommodation vessels.

Always connected

We focus on continuously improving our rigs, services and competence to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Since commencing operations in 2011, we have delivered 100% gangway connection – enabling our customers to reduce their environmental footprint by increasing productivity and thereby reduce project execution time.

We recognize that transparency is key to building trust and maintaining strong relationships, which is why we always strive to be open and honest in our communication.

We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our employees and guests, and we never forget our social and environmental responsibility.

We strive to maintain the high standards of excellence in the services we provide, with a “can do” attitude.

We believe in working collaboratively, both within our own team and with our clients and partners, to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.

Macro Offshore was created through a merger between Master Marine and Crossway Holdings in 2019. The merged company was established in Norway on the back of Master Marine’s organisation.

Master Marine was established in 1997 as an offshore service company specialising in transportation and installation of larger modules to the oil and gas industry. In 2008 the company ordered a wind installation vessel, which prior to completion was converted to an offshore accommodation jackup. The company commenced its first accommodation service contract in 2011 at ConocoPhillips’ Ekofisk/Eldfisk complex.

Crossway Holdings was established by a group of offshore investment professionals in 2014 and took delivery of Crossway Eagle in 2016. Crossway Eagle is a purpose built accommodation jackup which has been on contract with TotalEnergies (prev. Maersk Oil & Gas) since November 2016.

Company structure

Macro Offshore currently owns one accommodation rig – Crossway Eagle, and does technical and commercial management of Haven, which is owned by Jacktel AS.

In addition, the company has a marketing right and an option to buy Crossway Eagle’s sister vessel Crossway Dolphin.
