Overview

Macro Offshore offers vessels which have one of the lowest carbon footprint per bed in the market. Further, the ability to maintain 100% connectivity enables clients to reduce project duration. The combination of low emissions and 100% uptime makes our fleet one of the most environmentally friendly offshore accommodation alternatives.

Our vessels have for longer periods delivered power to platforms under commissioning, removing the need for extra container-based aggregates which have a lower efficiency factor (SFOC). This reduces both cost and emissions from a customer’s project execution point of view.

Track Record

Macro Offshore has delivered 100% gangway connection since commencement of operations in 2011: four years at Ekofisk / Eldfisk for ConocoPhillips, eight months at Dan F for Maersk Oil & Gas (Total) in Denmark, 20 months at Johan Sverdrup in Norway, and seven years for TotalEnergies Denmark.

Availability
Our accommodation vessels are built for harsh North Sea conditions, and are suitable for water depths up to 100-110 m. Both Crossway Eagle and Haven are currently committed to clients until 2027. The final vessel, Crossway Dolphin is available as from 2025.

Track record
Our rigs have “Best in class” operational performance with 100% uptime since commencement of operations in 2011 and 2016 respectively.
We have a “zero mindset” attitude and will continue to focus on delivering our services without harm to people and the environment.

100% uptime
Our jackup rigs provide predictable operations, even in the toughest conditions. It facilitates improved planning and increased efficiency compared to Vessels which needs to disconnect due to harsh weather. As an example, a 15% downtime with 400 guests onboard equals an efficiency loss of around 22,000 man days per year.

Crossway Eagle

Crossway Eagle is a self-elevating accommodation jackup unit designed to maintain gangway connection in adverse sea conditions. It’s operable in harsh environments, and rated for 350 feet / 100 m water depth. The unit is compliant with all operational and safety conditions required for Danish/UK North Sea operations.

Haven

Haven is a four-legged self-elevating accommodation unit built for the harsh North Sea offshore environment, with high safety specifications and efficient hotel facilities. The strong deck structure and oversized jacking system allows for several re-configurations to adapt to client demands.

Dolphin
